MY FIRST HUSBAND I married Claude Ray Phillips in November just as deer season had gotten into full swing. We were 18 and 20 years old and thought we knew it all; howerer we were still immature adults.
He was naturally smart but also very street smart and became a home building contractor. At the very end of his life, which lasted 66 years, he went into the underground boring business. This type of business installs cable to connect electronic equipment in large corportions.
He was an avid deer hunter and killed five deer in one day once He was a very good father. He created many interesting memories for both of us. He died in 2001.
